Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Take guest orders and serve drinks in a timely and friendly manner.
Make recommendations based on guests' preferences.
Guest Service:
Interact with guests, create a welcoming atmosphere, and provide a positive customer experience.
Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and escalate when needed.
Bar Maintenance:
Set up and break down the bar before and after service.
Clean glasses, bar utensils, and bar area.
Ensure bar is stocked with necessary supplies (e.g. spirits, garnishes, mixers).
Inventory & Cash Handling:
Monitor and manage inventory levels; report shortages.
Handle cash and process payments accurately.
Follow hotel standards for billing and check-outs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a bartender (preferably in a hotel or high-end bar setting).
Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Basic math and cash-handling skills.
Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations.
Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g. TIPS or local equivalent).
