Customer Service
Greet guests courteously and take orders promptly.
Suggest drinks or menu items and promote special offers.
Handle guest complaints politely and professionally.
Bar Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area.
Ensure all glassware, equipment, and bar counters are clean and organized.
Check bar stock daily and inform the manager about shortages or requirements.
Cash Handling & Billing
Handle billing and payments accurately.
Maintain daily sales and consumption records.
Compliance
Follow all safety, hygiene, and legal drinking age regulations.
Ensure responsible alcohol service and prevent overconsumption.
Teamwork
Coordinate with waiters, kitchen staff, and the restaurant manager for smooth operations.
Participate in daily briefings and training sessions.
