Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team at a high-end Korean and Japanese fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate must have strong mixology skills, a solid knowledge of Asian spirits and beverages, and the ability to provide a refined guest experience through exceptional service and engaging interactions.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to the restaurant's standards. Create signature cocktails that complement the Korean and Japanese cuisine. Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all beverages served. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times. Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and recommend unique beverage pairings. Follow all safety and hygiene standards in handling and serving alcohol. Manage bar inventory and assist in placing orders for bar supplies. Upsell beverages and maximize bar revenue. Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless guest service. Handle cash, card payments, and billing with accuracy. Keep up-to-date with new beverage trends, particularly in Asian spirits, sake, and soju. Ensure responsible alcohol service in line with local regulations.

Required Qualifications:



Proven experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or high-end restaurant/bar. Immediate Joiner. Knowledge of Japanese and Korean spirits (e.g., sake, soju), cocktails, and drink pairings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of mixology techniques and cocktail presentation. Attention to detail and guest-first mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak service hours. Basic computer knowledge for POS systems. Relevant certifications (if applicable, e.g., bartending or alcohol service license).

Preferred Skills:



Creativity in cocktail design. Previous experience in Asian cuisine or fine dining setup. Leadership skills and interest in training junior bar team members.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
