Job Description

Drink Preparation and Service:

Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.

Customer Service:

Greet patrons, answer questions, provide recommendations, and foster a friendly, welcoming environment.

Safety and Legal Compliance:

Check identification to verify legal drinking age, monitor for signs of intoxication, and refuse service when necessary.

Bar Maintenance:

Clean and sanitize the bar area, wash glassware, and organize tools.

Inventory and Stocking:

Monitor inventory levels, restock liquor, mixers, ice, and garnishes, and assist with inventory counts.

Cash Handling and POS Operations:

Process cash, credit, and debit transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) system, and manage customer tabs.

Operational Support:

Set up and close down the bar, which includes preparing garnishes and cleaning equipment.
