Customer service and drink preparation

Greet customers, take their orders, and answer questions about the menu. Mix and serve a wide variety of drinks, including standard cocktails, signature beverages, and non-alcoholic options, according to recipes and customer preferences. Garnish drinks to enhance appearance and flavor. Provide a positive and friendly experience by engaging with customers.
Bar and inventory management

Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area by washing glassware and utensils, and wiping down surfaces. Stock the bar with all necessary items, including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, and garnishes. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed. Set up the bar before opening, which can include preparing garnishes and organizing supplies.
