Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and expectations.
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix all drinks based on the serving sizes as outlined in the company manual to keep drink costs at a minimum
- Plan and present bar menu
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Keep bar area clean in accordance with the company\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department
- The Candidate should have Self confidence, motivation, drive and tenacity.
- Sharp eye for details leading to excellence.
- Ability to think strategically, inductively, and creatively
- And the propensity to recognize and acknowledge other peoples\' ideas.
- The suitable Candidate should have minimum 2-3 Years of relevant experience.
