Customer Service:
Greet and engage with customers, take drink orders, answer questions about the drink menu, and offer recommendations to enhance their experience.
Maintain Bar Area:
Ensure the bar is well-stocked, organized, and clean. Regularly clean surfaces, glasses, and equipment. Ensure that the bar is properly set up for service.
Handle Cash and Payments:
Process customer payments accurately, handle cash, credit cards, and digital transactions. Provide correct change and receipts.
Monitor Customer Consumption:
Ensure responsible alcohol service by monitoring customers' consumption and adhering to legal drinking age regulations.
Ensure Safety and Cleanliness:
Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment. Follow health and safety protocols and ensure all areas are compliant with local laws and regulations.
Prepare Ingredients and Stock:
Replenish alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies as needed. Assist with inventory tracking and ordering.
Team Collaboration:
Work alongside waitstaff, cooks, barbacks, and managers to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
Handle Customer Complaints:
Address any issues or concerns raised by customers promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Promote Specials and Events:
Inform customers of drink specials, promotions, or events that are happening at the bar or restaurant.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven Bartending Experience:
Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar customer-facing role is typically required.
Knowledge of Drinks and Mixology:
Familiarity with a wide range of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and bar equipment.
Excellent Customer Service Skills:
Ability to engage with customers, maintain a positive attitude, and respond to their needs effectively.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience:
High School Diploma
or equivalent required.
Bartender Certification

Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by the business.
