- Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and other specialty drinks.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and utensils.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
- Stay updated on current drink trends and suggest new concoctions to enhance the drink menu.
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a busy and dynamic environment.
- Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and presentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Attention to detail and a flair for creativity in drink preparation.
