Plan and present bar menu
Check customers\xe2\x80\x99 identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Receives orders from patrons and waitstaff. Prepares and serves liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic drinks as ordered.
Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks
Ensures that fruit and other garnishes are prepared ahead of the opening of the bar.
Maintains the bar and keeps it clean and organized.
