Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming and energetic environment for guests. You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests. Create classic and innovative cocktails according to standard recipes or customer requests. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Ensure guests are of legal drinking age and follow all responsible service of alcohol guidelines. Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies as needed. Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system. Engage with guests, take orders, and ensure a memorable guest experience. Work collaboratively with the service team and kitchen staff.
Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Bartender in a high-volume or upscale environment. Knowledge of a wide range of drink recipes and mixology techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods. Familiarity with bar equipment and POS systems. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Certification in responsible alcohol service (preferred).

Outgoing, friendly personality with a team-player attitude. Attention to detail and cleanliness. Creativity in drink presentation and knowledge of current beverage trends.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
