Take drink orders and ensure timely service.
Maintain bar inventory, restock supplies, and manage daily upkeep.
Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of bar area and equipment.
Check customer identification and comply with alcohol service laws.
Handle cash/credit transactions and operate POS system.
Create a positive atmosphere and resolve customer concerns.
Collaborate with bar and floor staff for smooth operations.
