Key Responsibilities: Strategic responsibilities: Be a good entertainer and a Mixologist Par excellence. Operational responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Responsible for opening and closing inventories \xc2\xb7 Responsible for taking all the excess stock and putting it back in sale in coordination with the F&B Controller on a day-to-day basis \xc2\xb7 Should be well versed in skills of shaking and stirring cocktails \xc2\xb7 Should be knowledgeable of all alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and the ingredients necessary to make cocktails \xc2\xb7 Responsible for completing all the paperwork for bar \xc2\xb7 Should be aware of all bar laws and rules and regulations etc. Core Values: a.
