Job Description

Core responsibilities

Beverage preparation

: Crafting and serving a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, lattes, and cappuccinos, often to customer specifications.

Customer service

: Welcoming customers, taking orders, answering questions about the menu, and processing transactions accurately.

Equipment operation

: Using and maintaining coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment, and ensuring they are clean and in good working order.

Workstation maintenance

: Keeping the coffee bar, seating areas, and other workspaces clean, stocked, and organized.

Adherence to standards

: Following specific recipes, health and safety guidelines, and presentation standards to ensure consistency.

: Ability to follow recipes, maintain cleanliness, and manage transactions accurately.
