Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to Truebrew standards Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with precision Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the counter and service areas Engage warmly with guests, take orders accurately, and handle POS transactions Assist with inventory checks and restocking supplies Support cafe operations including food plating and basic kitchen prep Uphold safety and sanitation protocols at all times
Requirements

Prior experience as a Barista or in a cafe environment preferred Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques Flexibility to work weekends and shifts
