Key Responsibilities and requirements:

Previous experience as a barista Greet and welcome customers promptly with a warm and friendly attitude. Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies). Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar area. Barista responsibilities includes educating customers on our drinks and food menu, making recommendations based on their preferences Operation And Maintenance Of Espresso Machine and Grinder Good milk frothing skills and at least 2 types of latte art Take accurate food and drink orders and relay orders to kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner. Monitor tables and attend to customers' needs, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests. Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and tact, escalating issues to the manager as necessary. Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure that food and beverages are delivered promptly and to the customers' satisfaction. Assist in preparing the cafe for opening and closing, including setting up and packing down furniture, equipment, and cleaning tasks. Adhere to health and safety regulations and cafe policies. Support other cafe staff in various tasks as needed.
