Role Summary:

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages while providing excellent customer service. They ensure high-quality drinks, maintain a clean workspace, and create a welcoming environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and work area Handle cash, POS transactions, and customer orders accurately Assist in managing stock, supplies, and ingredients Ensure quality, presentation, and consistency of all beverages Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards
Required Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge of coffee, tea, and beverage preparation Good customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and presentation Basic math and cash-handling skills Prior experience as a barista preferred
Work Environment

Cafes, restaurants, coffee shops, or hotels Shift work including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
