Job Description

Beverage Preparation

Prepare espresso-based beverages, brewed coffee, iced coffees, cold foam drinks, and specialty beverages according to standard recipes. Create consistently high-quality cold foam using proper aeration, texture, and flavoring techniques. Ensure proper brewing, extraction, and milk texturing parameters for all drinks. Maintain speed, accuracy, and beverage quality during peak hours.

Customer Service

Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide product recommendations. Respond to customer questions regarding coffee beans, brewing methods, and cold foam varieties. Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly.

Operations & Cleanliness

Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including espresso machines, grinders, cold foam equipment, and prep areas. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Restock ingredients, cups, lids, syrups, cold foam components, and other inventory items. Assist with opening and closing tasks as assigned.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with team members to ensure efficient store operations. Communicate effectively with shift leaders and coworkers during rush periods. Support new barista training when required.
