Barista

who can craft quality coffee, deliver excellent guest service, and create memorable experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to company standards.

Suggest menu items and customize beverages based on guest preferences.

Operate coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the cafe/bar area.

Handle billing, cash, and POS operations accurately.

Provide friendly and professional service to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Barista or in food & beverage service preferred.

Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and latte art is an advantage.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders.

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
