Core Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation:

Brew and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, teas, and other specialty coffees.

Customer Service:

Greet customers, take orders accurately, answer questions about menu items, and offer recommendations to enhance their experience.

Equipment Operation:

Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other brewing equipment.

Payment Processing:

Handle cash and credit card transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Food Handling:

Prepare and serve food items like pastries, sandwiches, and other menu items as needed.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

Keep the workstation, equipment, and seating areas clean, sanitary, and organized.

Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and restock workstations as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualities

Customer Focus:

Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, drink recipes, and the ability to operate specialized equipment.

Efficiency:

Ability to work quickly and efficiently, especially during busy periods, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Attention to Detail:

Meticulousness in preparing orders and maintaining cleanliness.

Teamwork:

Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members to create a positive team environment.

Adaptability:

Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changes in the workplace.
