Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to cafe standards
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with precision
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across cafe counters and service areas
Engage with guests warmly, recommend menu items, and ensure satisfaction
Assist with daily stock checks related to coffee beans, milk, and cafe supplies
Candidate Profile
Prior experience as a
Barista
in cafes or restaurants preferred
Passion for coffee, hospitality, and guest service
Strong communication skills and a friendly personality
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings
