Beverage Preparation & Assistance:

Assisting with coffee and espresso preparation:

Grinding beans, steaming milk, and preparing other beverage ingredients.

Serving customers:

Taking orders, fulfilling requests, and delivering beverages.

Ensuring quality:

Adhering to recipe standards and maintaining a high standard of service.
2. Cleanliness & Organization:

Maintaining a clean and organized workspace:

Cleaning equipment, countertops, and seating areas.

Stocking supplies:

Replenishing ingredients, paper products, and other supplies.

Following food safety and hygiene guidelines:

Ensuring a clean and safe environment.
3. Customer Service:

Greeting customers and taking orders:

Providing friendly and efficient service.

Answering customer questions:

Providing information about menu items and special offers.

Handling cash and card transactions:

Accurately processing payments.
4. Other Duties:

Assisting with opening and closing duties:

Setting up or closing the cafe, including cleaning, restocking, and preparing the space for the next shift.

Collaborating with team members:

Working together to ensure smooth operations and positive customer experiences.

Learning and developing skills:

Expanding knowledge of coffee preparation and customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,474.09 - ₹22,441.60 per month
