Job Description

Customer Service Excellence:

Greeting customers, taking orders accurately, providing product information, and ensuring a welcoming, friendly atmosphere.

Drink Preparation & Quality Control:

Expertly brewing coffee, extracting espresso, steaming milk, and creating beverages (including hot/cold coffee, teas, smoothies) to company standards.

Cleanliness and Maintenance:

Sanitizing equipment (espresso machine, grinders) and maintaining cleanliness of the workstations, cafe, and seating area.

Inventory and Stock Management:

Monitoring inventory levels, restocking beans, milk, and supplies, and reporting shortages.

Sales Performance & Upselling:

Recommending products, upselling food/beverages, and managing transactions efficiently.

Operational Compliance:

Adhering to safety, health, and food handling regulations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
