They ensure the cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including counters, equipment, and seating areas.
Inventory Management:
Baristas monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and may assist with ordering and receiving new stock.
Equipment Operation:
They operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
