We are looking for an experienced and energetic Barista to join our growing team, at Espressoulster Coffee. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is passionate about the food and beverage industry, specifically coffee and enjoys working with a Team. As we grow our Brand, the Barista\'s knowledge, skill and a zest for team work towards improving and building a coffee community with excellent Customer service. You\'ll have the opportunity to be part of a fun atmosphere where both customers and employees have a great experience that\'s welcoming and engaging. : Prepare and serve specialty coffee and non- coffee beverages, and be skilled in the process of preparation with the knowledge of coffee- Manual brew and Machine brew. Speak and interact with both new and regular customers, and put the customer first. Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation and counter. Works actively on creating a positive atmosphere and improving the customer\'s coffee experience to the best of his/ her abilities. Keep track of and maintain coffee supplies, track inventory and keep the Cafe well-stocked as per Company requirements. Take care of and make oneself aware of usage of equipment so as to maintain working condition of all equipment and familiarize oneself with maintenance procedures for the machine and/ equipment and familiarize oneself with basic troubleshooting and calling for repairs. Follow health and safety guidelines, including hygiene. Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items. Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance. Contribute to a Team positive environment for everyone to work together in. Takes the initiative to explore and harness new avenues and opportunities for the growth of the Company. Responsibilities: Handle all barista, server, and bartending duties during a shift, and make all necessary preparations for the next shift as may be applicable. Responsible for the immediate working area and/or any area, equipment, machinery that is used for the setup, preparation, serving and another related tasks. Presentation and serving of orders in Dine-in and sealing and packing orders that are take-aways. Weigh, grind, pack, label and date coffee for customers; setup and restock product displays Interacting with and listening to Customer queries, keeping the Customer\'s needs and requests first. Works with the team keeping a positive and energetic approach towards completion of tasks and achievement of team goals. Takes the initiative to actively participate in menu upgradation, research, sampling and customization as required by the Company. Keeps a growth mindset in all activities and takes initiative in finding new avenues for Company growth. Qualifications: Atleast 1+ years experience in the coffee service industry. Experienced and comfortable with working busy shifts. Friendly, approachable and dedicated to outstanding customer service. Tidy and self-disciplined. Pays attention to detail and is passionate about providing the best quality product and service.
