Job Summary:

ZOCA Cafe, Bhiwani is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic

Barista / Bartender

to craft and serve a wide range of beverages to our guests. The ideal candidate will excel in preparing quality coffee, mocktails, fresh juices, and other drinks in a busy multi-cuisine environment, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee beverages including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and cold brews according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Mix and serve a variety of

mocktails

, fresh juices, smoothies, and other non-alcoholic drinks. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar/coffee station. Ensure all equipment (coffee machines, blenders, juicers) are clean, functional, and properly maintained. Take customer orders politely and provide recommendations when needed. Monitor inventory of bar and coffee supplies, restock as necessary, and report shortages to management. Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations. Handle cash and POS transactions accurately when required. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist in training junior baristas or beverage staff. Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Barista and/or Bartender in a cafe or restaurant environment. Good knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation. Experience with mocktails and fresh juice preparation preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic math skills and experience with POS systems are an advantage. Well-groomed with a professional attitude. Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Barista training or Beverage management (preferred) Prior experience in a multi-cuisine restaurant or cafe setting Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards (HACCP, FSSAI)

Work Schedule:

Rotational shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings Weekends and holidays as per operational requirements
