Key Responsibilities:Barista Duties:
Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, cold brew, etc.)
Maintain and operate coffee equipment (espresso machine, grinders, milk frother, etc.)
Customize drinks as per guest preferences and dietary requirements
Ensure coffee station is clean, well-stocked, and organized at all times
Bartender Duties (Non-Alcoholic):
Mix and serve a variety of
mocktails
, smoothies, shakes, and fresh juices
Create visually appealing drink presentations according to restaurant standards
Follow recipes and portion standards to ensure consistency
Recommend beverages to guests and upsell special drinks and combos
Maintain bar counter hygiene and glassware cleanliness
Keep track of beverage inventory and notify management of shortages
Additional Responsibilities:
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols (FSSAI compliance)
Assist in training junior staff or trainees if required
Ensure timely preparation of drinks during rush hours
Work closely with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Barista and/or Bartender in a cafe, restaurant, or hotel
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and mocktail recipes
Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail
Friendly, energetic, and guest-oriented personality
Ability to work under pressure and in rotational shifts
Basic POS handling and billing knowledge (preferred)
Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Barista or Beverage Training (preferred but not mandatory)
Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-volume cafe or restaurant
Creative flair for new mocktail and coffee recipes is a plus
