Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, skilled, and customer-focused

Barista

to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, takes pride in creating high-quality beverages, and delivers excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and tea beverages (e.g., espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, cold brews) to company standards. Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and brewers. Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including the coffee bar and service area. Manage inventory of coffee, milk, syrups, and supplies; restock as needed. Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times. Handle cash and POS transactions accurately. Engage with guests and provide product recommendations or upsell items. Assist in cleaning duties, including dishwashing, sweeping, and garbage disposal. Support team members during busy periods or shifts as needed.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred. Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A passion for coffee, service, and hospitality. Flexible availability including weekends and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

Latte art or specialty coffee experience. Familiarity with POS systems. Basic food safety or barista certification is a plus.
