Job Description
Role and Responsibilities: * Preparing hot and cold beverages and food products as per defined SOP * Following the defined steps of guest service * Maintaining the cleaning & hygiene aspects of the store * Following the cleaning and hygiene guidelines set by the store * Managing product hygiene and expiry * Managing store visual merchandising * Has basic knowledge about coffee beans and coffee machine * Knows the food safety rules and demonstrate them while working * Handling the basic level of product related complaints as per process * Maintaining the Daily/Weekly/Monthly inventory records * Supporting the Store Manager in stock reconciliations * Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment Desired skills for the above roles * Candidate should ideally have 2- 3 years of experience in the similar profile * Graduate in any stream. Hotel Management qualification/ course will be an added advantage. * Experience in a retail setting will be an added advantage * Good written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work well under pressure * Flexible and works well with a team * Ability to multitask * Experience in luxury retail or hospitality Job Type: Full-time Salary: 920,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Benefits:
