Key Responsibilities

Supervise Bar Operations

: Oversee daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company standards.

Staff Management

: Hire, train, and schedule bar staff, including bartenders and barbacks. Monitor performance and provide feedback.

Customer Service

: Ensure excellent customer service by interacting with guests, addressing complaints, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Inventory Management

: Manage stock levels, place orders for supplies, and ensure the quality of beverages served.

Compliance

: Adhere to local and state alcohol laws and health regulations, ensuring the bar operates within legal guidelines.

Financial Management

: Assist in budgeting, monitor sales, and implement strategies to increase profitability.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
