LA POZ PALACE- THE LUXURY DINE-IN Restaurant is looking for talented Bar Supervisor, Steward and Captains ! For Bar Supervisor: : Oversee and train staff to standards of the restaurant Promote bar menu to dine in customers Enhance customer experience with best pairing with food Manage bar inventory Engage with customer to upsell menu items Training Bar team frequently Work coherently with Restaurant Manager to manage the restaurant Introduce new cocktails for events and occasions Job Qualifications: 3+ years of bar managing experience Fluent in English Strong knowledge of alcohol, beverages and cocktails Strong interpersonal skills Strong Sales skills Team player Understanding of food and alcohol pairing For Captains: : Order taking and upselling food, beverage, and alcohol Assisting customer with the menu and any other special needs Provide effective and warm service to the customer from assisting in their seating to the conclusion of the meal Ensure customer satisfaction while dine in Work along with team to increase operational efficiency Build relations with customers and ensure customer satisfaction Ensure efficient turnaround of tables through quick and quality service Work with their superiors to provide feedback Responsible with clearance of table to setting up for the next round of customers Maintain hygiene in the restaurant Job Qualifications: 2+ years of experience Fluent in English Strong interpersonal skills Quick to respond Strong organizational skills Strong sales skills For Steward: Assisting in cleaning and opening or closing tasks. Scraping food from dirty dishes, pots, pans, plates, flatware, and glasses, washing dirty dishes, and putting them away.
