Job Description
Timing: 11am to 11:00pm (long and late working hours) JOB DESCRIPTION: Cleanliness & hygiene to be maintained of F&B items, Timely trainings to be given to the stewards and below in line, assist the guest. Plan, organize, and control the operations of a cocktail lounge or bar. Create drink recipes. Order or requisition liquors and supplies. Supervise the work of bar staff and other bartenders, maintain bar inventory, business generation & Incentives for sale generation to be considered. SKILLSET: Communicational skills, detail oriented and guest service skills, timely training to junior level. Candidate needs to manage his accommodation by himself. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 910,000.00 - 918,000.00 per month Schedule:
