We currently have vacancy for a Bar Manger - Bar to join our F&B Service team.
Duties:
- Maintain a smooth bar operation daily.
- Ensure every guest receives high quality service.
- Coach and maximise the performance of the team.
- Interact with customers and improve bar operation and service based on feedback received.
- Provide support on urgent issues.
- Has a passion for Food & Beverage.
- Enjoys interacting with people.
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
- Must have experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment.
- A friendly, helpful, and trustworthy leader.
- Enjoys being creative with an eye for detail.
- Enjoys planning, organizing and problem solving.
- Enjoys being challenged.
- Willing to work shifts.
