Job Description

Recruit, hire, and train new bar staff. Create and manage employee work schedules. Supervise staff performance and provide ongoing training. Handle staff-related issues, including discipline and conflict resolution.

Inventory and ordering:

Monitor stock levels and perform regular inventory checks. Order and manage supplies, negotiating with vendors as needed. Ensure the bar is well-stocked with beverages and other necessary items.

Financial management:

Develop and manage the bar's budget. Monitor costs and expenses to ensure profitability. Track sales and financial performance.

Operations and compliance:

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bar environment. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing laws. Oversee daily operations and service standards.

Customer service:

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Handle customer complaints and feedback. Engage with patrons to create a positive atmosphere.

Marketing and events:

Develop and implement promotional strategies. Organize and plan special events. Create and update drink and food menus.
