Prepare the bar area for service by ensuring it is clean, stocked, and properly set up.
Prepare and garnish drinks according to specified recipes.
Stock and manage inventory of supplies like ice, glassware, and garnishes.
Maintain cleanliness and condition of the bar, equipment, and surrounding areas.
Ensure all activities comply with state and local laws for serving alcohol.
Track and manage bar inventory.
Communicate replenishment needs promptly to avoid shortages.
Requisition necessary supplies, such as liquor.
Take orders, communicate special requests to kitchen or bar staff, and ensure timely and quality preparation.
Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Collect customer feedback for potential improvements to the menu and service.
