Clean and sanitize all banquet and kitchen equipment, dishes, glassware, and utensils before and after events.
Set up and break down dish stations and stewarding stations for banquet functions.
Assist with transporting banquet equipment and supplies (e.g., chafing dishes, tables, trays) as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-of-house areas, including storage rooms and dishwashing areas.
Ensure proper disposal of trash, recyclables, and food waste in compliance with sanitation standards.
Re-stock china, silverware, glassware, and other supplies in preparation for upcoming events.
Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment to the Stewarding Supervisor or Banquet Manager.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies during food handling and equipment cleaning.
Assist banquet staff during events with tasks such as bussing tables, polishing silverware, and delivering supplies.
Comply with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards at all times.
