: As a Banquet Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the successful execution of events and banquets. Your responsibilities include managing the banquet staff, ensuring efficient event set-up, and maintaining a high standard of service. Collaborating with the banquet manager, you will contribute to the seamless operation of events, providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Event Coordination:
Supervise the set-up, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Coordinate with banquet staff, catering, and other departments to deliver a seamless event experience.
Staff Management:
Lead and motivate banquet staff, providing guidance and support during events.
Schedule and allocate tasks, ensuring proper staffing levels to meet event requirements.
Customer Service:
Interact with clients and guests, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
Resolve any issues or concerns promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
Quality Control:
Monitor event spaces to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety regulations.
Uphold high standards of service and presentation throughout events.
Training and Development:
Conduct training sessions for banquet staff, focusing on service standards, procedures, and customer interaction.
Provide ongoing coaching to enhance staff performance and professionalism.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with the banquet manager, kitchen staff, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth event operations.
Relay important information to the team and address any challenges that may arise during events.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage banquet inventory, including equipment, supplies, and materials.
Coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate stock levels.
Adherence to Policies:
Ensure staff compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and industry regulations.
Implement corrective measures as needed to maintain a positive work environment.
