Job Description

The Banquet Sales Manager is responsible for generating banquet business, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring the successful planning and execution of all banquet events. This role focuses on meeting sales targets, maximizing banquet revenue, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new banquet business opportunities through sales calls, networking, corporate tie-ups, and event marketing. Manage the complete sales cycle from initial client contact through proposal, negotiation, and event confirmation. Coordinate with clients to understand their event needs and ensure all requirements are captured accurately. Collaborate with the F&B, kitchen, and operations teams to ensure smooth event planning and flawless execution. Prepare banquet sales forecasts and reports as required by management. Conduct site inspections and client meetings to showcase banquet facilities and services. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent communication and follow-up. Maintain a database of existing and potential clients to build long-term business relationships. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to maintain competitive positioning.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
