Job Summary

The Banquet Sales Executive is responsible for generating banquet and event business by selling venues, catering services, and event packages, while ensuring seamless coordination between clients and hotel operations to deliver successful events and high guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Generate banquet, conference, wedding, and event sales Handle client inquiries, venue show-arounds, and event proposals Prepare quotations, contracts, and event agreements Coordinate with banquet operations, kitchen, and service teams for event execution Conduct event planning meetings and pre-function briefings Ensure accurate event orders (BEOs) and timely communication to all departments Achieve monthly and annual banquet sales targets Maintain client database and follow up on leads and repeat business Handle client feedback and resolve issues professionally Promote banquet facilities, menus, and packages Assist in marketing and promotional activities for banquets and events Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills Customer-focused and result-oriented approach Good coordination and planning abilities Ability to multitask and work under pressure Knowledge of banquet operations and event management

Qualifications & Experience

Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Sales preferred Minimum 1-3 years of experience in banquet sales or hotel sales Freshers with strong sales aptitude may be considered

Working Conditions

Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends Field work, client meetings, and on-property coordination
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
