Job Description

Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest calls and requests. Use sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty. Determine and provide complimentary gifts to guests for their patronage. Promote brand image internally and externally. Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points. Handle all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations via phone, fax, or mail. Enter Marriott Rewards information into the appropriate software. Answer, record, and process all guest calls and concerns. Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing. Assist management in training and motivating employees. Follow company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional appearance. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Anticipate and address guests' service needs with genuine appreciation. Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Monitor the performance of others to ensure quality standards are met. Read and verify information in various formats. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

Pay: ?16,565.30 - ?37,131.35 per month
