Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:



Sales & Client Relations:

Respond to event inquiries and provide detailed information about packages, menus, pricing, and availability. Meet with clients to understand their event requirements and suggest suitable options. Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through persuasive sales techniques. Maintain good relationships with existing clients for repeat business.

Event Coordination:

Coordinate with internal departments (kitchen, service staff, housekeeping, etc.) to ensure smooth event execution. Assist in developing event timelines and function sheets (Banquet Event Orders - BEOs). Oversee setup and logistics prior to and during the event as needed.

Administrative Duties:

Prepare contracts, invoices, proposals, and booking confirmations. Maintain event calendars and update records in event management systems. Handle payments and follow up on outstanding dues.

Marketing Support:

Assist with promotions and marketing campaigns to attract event bookings. Attend trade shows or expos to represent the banquet facility.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
