Planning and overseeing venue setup, including seating arrangements, and maintaining banquet equipment.
Ensuring all event spaces are properly arranged and maintained, and managing inventory of supplies.
Food and beverage oversight:
Coordinating food and beverage service, including menu selection with the head chef.
Managing beverage requests and ensuring timely food service.
Maintaining quality control for food and beverages.
Client and guest experience:
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and guests.
Addressing guest inquiries and promptly resolving any issues that arise.
Ensuring events run smoothly and exceed client expectations.
Financial and administrative duties:
Managing the event budget, including food and labor costs.
Maintaining budget sheets, records, and ensuring timely payment of bills.
Negotiating contracts with vendors and approving bookings.
Quality and standards:
Ensuring strict sanitation and cleanliness standards are followed at all times.
Enforcing health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Preparing event reports and communicating feedback to management.
