Responsibilities



Supervise banquet staff and operations during events. Coordinate with clients to confirm event details and requirements. Oversee setup and tear-down of banquet spaces. Ensure all food and beverage service meets quality standards. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in training new banquet staff. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food logistics.

Qualifications



High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred. Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedule requires.
