Role- Associate Lead III - Banking Partnerships and Alliance

About the role:

We are looking for self-motivated individuals to manage existing and develop new strategic partnerships/build alliances with financial institutions including - Banks, NBFCs and Insurance Companies. Responsibilities / Expectations -

Seeking out new strategic partnerships & alliances with Banks/NBFCs/Insurance companies to launch co-developed products

Nurturing existing partnerships and deepen relationships to co-develop and innovate new offerings with existing financial partners

Conceptualize, execute and develop strategic alliances and partnerships collaborating with high level stakeholders & decision makers

Conduct onboarding of the new financial partners across different business verticals & for product offerings

Building onboarding policy, processes and frameworks for financial partnerships and alliances

Working closely with financial partners to iron out gaps related to partnerships/strategic alliances/product launch

Continuous engagement with financial partners to launch strategic initiatives and achieve higher business volumes

Conducting discussions/negotiations with financial partners to close MOUs/Commercial Contracts

Developing long lasting strategic relationships with the financial partners

Requirements -

4+ years of relevant experience including 2+ years of experience in managing business partnerships/client relationship management/business development

Background in financial industry preferably lending & payments

Good understanding of Indian Financial market & financial products

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent analytical, reasoning & presentation skills

Strong working knowledge of MS Office

Education Qualification -

Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or post graduate degree in management (PGDM) from premier institutes preferred
