Job Description
As a part of role, your responsibility includes:
- Trade Settlement and trade account reconciliation
- Ensure all exceptions and resolutions are properly documented
- Respond to client queries
- Resolve problems independently and escalate as required
- Take proactive measures to avoid or mitigate operational issues
- Identify and implement process-improvement
- Regulatory Reporting.
The India Operations team is based out of Mumbai. The business supports products such as Cash Equities and Listed Derivatives. This includes supporting Cash Equities Operations for our Private Banking Division clients. Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess below:
Minimum of 1-3 years of Indian retail capital market operations experience is essential
Proven knowledge of regulatory reporting for Indian retail capital market operations
Outstanding Accounting knowledge
Time Management ability
Outstanding interpersonal and good written communication skills
Proven ability to work in a team environment
Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives.
