Job Description

Candidate with LLB qualification with 7-10 yrs of PQE who has an experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and legal advisory for a fast-paced global financial services group should apply.

• Draft, review, and negotiate end-to-end commercial contracts, including service agreements, NDAs, marketing, IT, and other key agreements.
• Provide legal advisory across business functions; identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
• Standardize and finalize product documentation for new offerings and businesses.
• Ensure compliance with evolving legal frameworks across diverse business segments.

Candidate with 7-10 yrs of PQE in commercial contracts in BFSI/LFs should apply.Candidates currently in Mumbai or willing to relocate to Mumbai should apply

• A degree in law from a recognised institution.
• Expertise in drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts within banking, financial services, or law firms.
• Proven track record as a high performer with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Currently or previously worked with a Reputed organisation/Law firm
