Job Description

Key Responsibility:

Identify and acquire new Current Account customers

from the local market.

Build and maintain strong relationships

with existing CA customers.

Promote bank products

like cash management services, digital banking, overdraft, and payment solutions.

Meet monthly targets

for account opening, revenue, and customer activation.

Visit customers regularly

to understand their banking needs and offer suitable solutions.

Ensure KYC and documentation

are completed correctly.

Cross-sell other banking products

such as insurance, loans, term deposits, etc.

Support customers with account-related services

(cheque book, digital onboarding, transactions, etc.).

Coordinate with branches and operations teams

for smooth account opening and service delivery.

Track market trends

and competitor activities to find new business opportunities.
