Key Responsibilities:
Prepare authentic Bengali dishes such as Shorshe Ilish, Kosha Mangsho, Chingri Malai Curry, Begun Bharta, Shukto, Luchi-Alur Dom, etc.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of dishes.
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals during service hours.
Handle raw materials and ingredients with proper care and hygiene.
Coordinate with the kitchen team and follow instructions from the Head Chef.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, tools, and equipment.
Monitor inventory levels of Bengali ingredients and assist in procurement planning.
Experiment with modern presentation while keeping the traditional flavors intact.
