Resolve conflicts and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Monitor production schedules to ensure efficiency and meet targets.
Product quality and standards
Ensure all baked goods meet quality, consistency, and taste standards.
Oversee the preparation and baking process according to established recipes.
Develop and test new recipes.
Inspect final products for quality and freshness.
Ensure compliance with all food processing laws and regulations.
Inventory and supplies
Manage inventory and order necessary supplies, ingredients, and equipment.
Ensure proper receiving, storage, and rotation of merchandise to minimize waste.
Workplace maintenance
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
Ensure all bakery equipment is in good working condition.
Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
