Position: Bakery Commis 1 for an upcoming premium dessert cloud kitchen brand that will be of Massive Restaurants Pvt. Ltd. Qualifications: Hotel Management Degree (preferable) Pastry/Patisserie qualification (ideal) Experience Required: Prior experience in a similar role working in a pastry kitchen/outlet/shop or pastry section/department. Responsibilities: Reports to the Chef De Partie. Daily production of menu items and components. Maintain a high level of regular working operations and product standards. Work with Chef De Partie to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen. Efficient coordination with other kitchen staff. Strictly adhere to SOPs and menu item recipes set out by the Head Chef/Organization. Report all staff, equipment, product, and other related issues to the Chef De Partie/Sous Chef. Ensure high hygiene and quality standards in the kitchen. Ability to work a variety of shifts with different working hours. Additional Requirements: Fluent communication skills. Ability to travel to the workplace location. Ability to deal with bulk production of menu items.
