Job Description

Production Oversight:

Manage and coordinate all daily production activities, from planning and scheduling to managing workflow and ensuring timely completion of orders.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and train the production team, including supervisors and operators, fostering a productive and compliant work environment.

Quality Control & Safety:

Implement and enforce food safety standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).

Inventory & Supply Management:

Monitor and manage inventory levels for ingredients and supplies, coordinating with procurement and logistics to ensure materials are available.

Process Improvement:

Analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Staff Scheduling & Management:

Create staff schedules, manage payroll, and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet production demands.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

Liaise with other departments such as QA, maintenance, and sales to ensure a seamless and efficient overall operation.

Financial Management:

Contribute to budgeting, cost control, and the analysis of sales and profit margins.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
